Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with WindsorCayOrlandoRentals.com, enquiries and vacation rental services. Windsor Cay Orlando Rentals is a marketing brand of Reunion Vacation Homes, Inc. d/b/a Florida Vacation Homes (“we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Who to contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact Florida Vacation Homes at rentals@floridavacationhomes.com, call +1 407-634-2062, or write to 7531 Osceola Polk Line Road, Davenport, Florida 33896, United States. Please use the subject “Privacy request” when emailing us.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: contact details, enquiry messages, travel dates, guest numbers, accommodation preferences and other information you choose to send when requesting assistance.
- Reservation and service information: details needed to arrange or support a reservation, guest registration, payment and communications relating to your stay. The information requested depends on the booking and service. Please do not send payment-card details or identity documents through a general enquiry message.
- Technical information: our website, hosting and security services may record IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, timestamps and error or security logs. Cookies or similar storage may support website functions and preferences.
- Measurement information: if Google Analytics is enabled, it may collect website interaction, device, referral and approximate location information as described below, subject to applicable consent requirements.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries; help you choose accommodation; arrange and administer reservations and guest services; communicate about requested services; operate, maintain and protect the website; prevent misuse and fraud; meet accounting, recordkeeping and other legal obligations; and understand and improve website performance.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the basis depends on the activity: taking steps at your request or performing a contract for enquiries and reservations; legal obligations for required records; legitimate interests in proportionate service administration, security and website improvement where permitted; and consent for optional analytics or other processing where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website and to improve its content and usability. When enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers to measure page views, interactions, referral sources, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location. Google processes measurement information to provide the service. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.
We do not use Google Analytics to send Google information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or payment details. Optional analytics must be configured to respect applicable consent requirements; publication of this policy does not constitute consent to analytics cookies. Where consent is required, nonessential analytics must not be activated until that consent has been obtained.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
5. Google Search Console
We may use Google Search Console to monitor the website’s visibility in Google Search, indexing, technical issues and search-performance reports, such as search queries, impressions and clicks. Search Console reports concern the website’s performance in Google Search; Search Console verification itself does not require adding an analytics-tracking cookie to your browser. Google processes activity on its own services under its privacy policy. Search Console and Google Analytics reports may be connected to help us understand website performance.
6. Cookies, embedded content and your choices
Cookies and similar storage can support necessary functions, remember preferences or provide optional analytics. You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies or storage may affect some features. If a cookie preference control is provided, you can use it to change optional choices. Browser settings and an analytics opt-out add-on do not replace any consent mechanism required by law.
Some pages include third-party content or services, such as Vimeo videos, Google Maps, externally hosted fonts or booking services. Loading or interacting with these features may send technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to their providers and may involve cookies or similar technologies. Their privacy notices explain their processing. You may choose not to interact with optional embedded content.
7. Advertising and promotional messages
At the date of this policy, this website does not use advertising or remarketing pixels, we do not sell personal information or share visitor information for targeted advertising, and we do not send promotional emails or SMS through this website. We may send service communications needed to answer your enquiry or administer a reservation. If our marketing or advertising practices change, we will update this policy and obtain any consent or provide any opt-out required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
8. When information is shared
Information may be shared as needed with service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, website measurement, reservations, payments and guest services; with property managers or other operational parties where needed to arrange or fulfil your requested stay; with professional advisers; and where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the integrity of our services. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose. Third-party websites you choose to visit have their own privacy policies.
9. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, administering stays, handling disputes and satisfying legal, accounting and recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the record type, the service relationship and applicable obligations. Optional measurement information is subject to the retention settings of the relevant service. Contact us for information about records relating to you.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No website, transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
10. International processing
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or other safeguards, those requirements must be met for the relevant processing. Contact us to ask about transfers and safeguards applicable to your information.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies to the processing, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion or restriction; object to certain processing; receive portable information; withdraw consent; or opt out of a sale, sharing for targeted advertising or other processing where such rights apply. We do not currently sell information or share visitor data for targeted advertising.
To make a request, use the contact details above. Please describe your request and relationship with us. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Rights are subject to applicable exceptions, such as required record retention. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any refusal and available appeal rights where required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may also complain to the privacy or data-protection authority responsible for your location.
12. Children
This website is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. An adult making a reservation may provide information about accompanying children where needed for the stay. If you believe a child has provided information directly, please contact us so we can review and address it.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. This policy describes privacy practices; it does not replace your rental agreement or any separate consent required for optional processing.
